Audia was born and raised in Southwest Fort Worth. After graduating from Southwest High School in 2004, she realized the only thing she really enjoyed was hair and makeup, so she took a receptionist job at Shelton’s Salon and Day Spa. While there, she became a licensed esthetician, and began working as a makeup artist for mostly bridal, and editorial shoots that she was able to attend with her Shelton’s family. Audia’s daughter, M’Kya began dancing at Dance Concept at the age of two years old and is now happily graduated from high school. M’Kya can still be found (every day) dancing at Dance Concept while assisting classes.
